    Appointment Booking System
    Very easy and simple to use the system to book an appointment. I could even choose to set a reminder linked to my gmail calendar that worked really well. It looked very organized for me.

    A lot of confusion
    On Monday the 6th of December I booked a time for a phone interview with Flight Center. It was for 10:40am on Tuesday the 7th. That time came and went today with no call. I even called the careers center and left a message but no one returned my call. This evening I received an email telling me to expect a call from Flight Center on 7/12/16. Even though that time had passed! Now I'm worried I will miss the interview and possibly lose my chance at getting a job!

    Flight centre application
    The questions for the leadership program were straight forward and allowed us to demonstrate our skills and experience. It was a quick turnaround as I was invited to a phone interview the following day. I however booked a time for my phone interview but never received a call and my emails were ignored.

    I was impressed with the Flight Centre Group, starting with phone conversations and very detailed emails. Your professionalism and attention to detail was there every step of the way, and particularly on the day of the face-to-face interview process. On this day I learnt a lot more about the Flight Centre Group, but above all it was very evident that your staff are thoroughly trained and looked after throughout their careers. Happy staff and high morale are very good indicators of a successfully-run company and I hopefully will become a member of your team at Cruiseabout, Bowral.     My consultant was amazing, efficient and knowledgable when we sat down together to work out a holiday for myself. She made so easy and I felt she did all the hard work so I didn't have to stress. I've booked hotels and even theme parks through FC. Great company.

    Convenience Plus!
    Using SimplyBook was so much easier than having to arrange manually interviews and the like. When I had to cancel all I had to do was cancel online and rebook for another time - the interviewer didn't need to get involved.
